Please, for the love of Pete, let it go back down to $0.015! Perhaps not, but I have seen it happen too many times with other firecrackers. Have you seen what's happened with CMC Metals? They ceased trading by order of the authorities. Wonder what's going with that.

Yep, it sounds like one of those deals where theoutstanding is X but their fully diluted is eventually 3X. I did check out the share structure and it is as follows: Outstanding - 35.3 million Fully diluted - 50.0 million Shares in escrow - 4.8 million But that isn't so bad as others I have seen. Though I can see it possible for abuse with a pop to 20 cents with covered shares at 10 cents

Wonder what's going with that. Nothing. Just technical crap about actual 43-101 resources. 43-101 is for the bicycle helmet crowd.

I've worn motorcycle, rock climbing, skydiving and ultralight flying helmets...and some would declare my affinity for tin foil, but have never worn a bicycle helmet. Maybe one day I will, but it will take more than the pummelers in past have been able to deliver.

Do mean that guy in the Philippines who was asking for your canoe paddle? As for DUN.V, repricing or extending warrants when they're ready to expire makes me gag. Kinda like a "bailout" for your buddies.

I can't short sell anything under a dollar with TDWaterhoser. If I could, that is exactly what I would do with many juniors. I almost sold out my PCM.v at 6 cents yesterday (170,000 shares). If anyone has level II you should be able to see what price I've been waiting for.

Keep me away from those dogpile stocks with no website...I got in trouble last year holding the bag on some of those. As a group they will zoom again someday, but that will be after the producers go up more...

| There will be a meeting of shareholders Oct. 14, 2009 to decide among other things on the issuance of two classes of preferred stock, A and B. Apparently the preferred stock issues will be used to finance production for the Mabel mine. | |

| That would be an insult to existing shareholders and quite complex (read: expensive) to manage for a company of that size. Ugh! | |

| I wonder what the dividend will be like for the preferred. A 25% dividend would eat up a lot of cashflow. Then there are issues over call covenants and convertibility. Hang complexity; we should sell our soul to the devil for production! Anything for production. No dilution is too great nor debt too dear. LOL. Who knows.Romarco has 250 millions shares outstanding and their share price is over a dollar a share. There must be a greater fool than I. I am an eternal optimist on that count. | |
