Most of you are familiar with MTB from the other forum. Well there is quite a lot ofcontroversy over the Red Cliffs sale to Decade Resources. It seems that a nearly identical board of directors for both DEC and MTB have raised concerns over conflict of interest. The bullboards over at stockhouse.com have gone crazy over it.

Sounds like the Sterling and SNS shenanigans, just from reading your few lines above...maybe they were rejected from Goldman Sachs because they were not smart enough to hide their activities well enough...

Very Happy From what I understand of these mining outfits is that in order to be initiated into the fraternity you have to wipe your butt on the Corporations Act code book, then you sacrifice a shareholder in a fire to the stone owl god. Didn't you get your invitation in the mail? LOL.

I'm just saying it's real blatant. No one even attempts to hide anything. I think the compliance people are like the Maytag repairman.
