Today I took a very small speculative position in CFO.V.

The following may or may not be true, please do your own DD:

- Studbkr has often bought "pre-drill" properties, only to see them fall, often being waaayy too early
- CFO.V is in the process of creating a website. You will need to do some deep Googling to find out much, including Agoracom
- The property has a historic resource that is being drilled to make 43-101 compliant
- They are a neighbor to Normabec
- Property tours are now being arranged for at least 2 writers that I know of
- I will buy more or sell without further warning.
- You're an adult, make your own decisions

...and, HAVE FUN!

I'll stick with the Gold ETF for now for my "trading" money. Best of luck, stubkr. You are brave.

Clifton Star Properties – Au, Ag, Zn & Cu
Beattie Mine Property
Au
Property Size: 942.2 acres
Location: Duparquet Township , Quebec
History:
-Approximately 9,257,321 tons averaging 0.124 oz/t Au (4.04 g/t Au) was mined and milled on-site between 1933 and 1956.
-The main orebody, along the north contact, was 352 metres in length and mined down to a depth of 381 metres and to widths of up to 35 metres. The workings exist to below 600 meters depth with projected 3,520 tons per vertical foot below the 9th level.
-A total of 928,000 oz Au was mined from this deposit. The ore is associated with the contact area of an ovoid-shaped syenite porphyry intrusive.
-Since 1987, similar mineralized structures have been traced for some 8400 meters strike length around this structure. Within the structure many other parallel gold-bearing zones associated with fault structures have been observed.
-A new zone within the south contact has intersected values of 11.89 g/t Au over a width of 11.05 metres.
-Tailings reclamation may yield >220,000 oz Au over 3+ years
-The ore is associated with silicified-chloritized-brecciated and sheared syenite porphyry; and gold is associated with pyrite (from hydrothermal fluid deposition within both disseminations and fracture-fillings). A series of easterly plunging zones are controlled by cross-cutting fault structures which are offset to the north of the Porcupine-Destor Fault.
-Site reclamation from the mill complex clean-up will yield to additional Au recovery.
Donchester Mine Property
Au – Ag
Property Size: 823.5 acres
Location: Duparquet Township , Quebec -- adjoining the Beattie property to the east as Mining Concession 384
History:
-Some 1,350,000 tons averaging 0.136 oz/t Au (4.35 g/t Au) was mined between 1946 and 1956 at the Beattie mill.
-The main ore body, developed over a strike length of approximately 1000 metres down to a depth of 381 metres, lies along the southern contact of the same syenite porphyry as the Beattie deposit.
-A total of 1,116,869 oz/Au and 260,000 oz/Ag was mined from the Beattie-Donchester from 10,714,871 tons processed. Recoveries averaged 83.82% with some 226,906 to 252,864 oz/Au located within the tailings; of which approximately 88.8% is recoverable.
-Qualifying reports by P. Bevan (1998 and 2002) have indicated some 5,136,505 tons averaging 0.120 oz/ton (drill measured, drill indicated, inferred, & possible categories) (616,660 oz/Au) within the mine workings and adjacent structures.
Duquesne Mine Property
Au
Property Size: 942.2 acres
Location: Duparquet Township , Quebec -- The property consists of Mining Concession 377 and a group of unpatented mining claims within
History:
-193,095 tonnes of ore averaging 10.81 g/t Au was produced from 1946 to 1952 and 1988 to 1992; totalling 2,086,946 g/Au.
-The area of the workings is approximately 200 metres width and 381 metres depth.
-Since 2007, Clifton Star have drilled some 55 drill holes over west extensions and to depth; outlining 4 parallel gold-bearing veins; 3 of which are the same previously mined. The veins have been extended for some 1,250 meters laterally and down to depths of 932 metres vertically; drilling on 50 to 100 metre centres. Metallurgical studies have shown the gold is 96% recoverable through cyanidation and flotation methods.
-The gold-mineralized zones occur within fault related structures lying between the footwall of a gabbro intrusive and the hanging wall of an ultramafic unit.
-The mineralized zone lies immediately north of the Porcupine-Destor Fault and appears to parallel the main fault. Vein 10 and Vein 20 are the most promising gold-bearing systems with a third, Vein 74, associated with the north contact of the Porcupine Destor Fault.
-A mineral resource estimate by P.Bevan (all categories and using Kilborn Engineering, AMS, and several other independent estimates) indicates some 1,859,052 tonnes averaging 7.58 g/t Au (453,115 oz Au). Approximately one-half of the assay results from the present drill program are being awaited.
-Two properties immediately to the west of the Duquesne property, the Globex Duquesne West and the Normabec Pitt, are encountering similar grades and structures associated with mineralized systems immediately north of the Porcupine-Destor Fault. Grades and tonnages from both properties have been published. To the east of the Duquesne property, Typhoon Resources has optioned the Agnico-Eagle property which lies along the north side of the Porcupine-Destor Fault, and have published significant results from recent drilling.
Dumico Mine Property
Au
Property Size: 1,569 acres -- claims A866 and A867
Location: Duparquet Township , Quebec
History:
-Approximately 7,100 tons averaging 3.20 g/t Au was mined up to 1944. No further records of production can be found after this date.
-The ore consists of silicified syenite porphyry and lies along the same fault structure as the Donchester Mine (south side of the same syenite porphyry intrusive).
-Metallurgical studies indicate recoveries of 90% by flotation and 92% by cyanidation.
-Two shafts were sunk, one to 305 metres depth, and the zones traced for some 700 metres strike length by 84 drill holes.
-The average values are approximately 10.70 g/t (3.73 to 21.46 g/t Au range) over a width of approximately 2.3 metres.
-Minor molybdenite (Mo) and silver (Ag) are associated with the gold bearing zones.
Hunter Mine Property
Cu - Ag
Property Size: 942.2 acres
Location: Duparquet Township , Quebec
History:
-The mineralized zones occur along the contacts between felsic volcanic tuffs and rhyolites; at least 3 parallel structures have been observed.
-Some 391,000 tons averaging 1.09% Cu was mined up until 1957.
-A total of 329,000 drill indicated and measured tons of the same grade exists down to the 4th level. The shaft was developed on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th levels.
-There are zinc and silver associated with the copper zones; and talks with previous owners are ongoing to acquire these records (and those of the neighbouring properties.
-The Lyndhurst (Globex) property is in line of strike and immediately east of the Hunter Property. An open-pit operation for silver and silica is presently being undertaken on the Lyndhurst property.
Cat Lake Mine Property
Cu – Ni
Property Size: TBD
Location: The property consists of mining leases located northeast of Winnipeg and along the border between Manitoba and Ontario . Roads exist to the site and rail is located within 50 miles of the site.
History:
-Ore was stockpiled from four levels up until 1957. A 1,000 t/day concentrator was installed on the property but never operational at time of closing in 1957.
-The orebody, averaging 3.6 to 27.4 metres in width, is associated with a gabbro complex. A 1971 estimate (Manitoba Dept. of Mines) was estimated at 2,000,000 tons at 0.33% Ni and 0.75% Cu ($169.63 value per tonne and NSR value $77.63 per tonne after mining/milling/transport deductions).
-A 1976 estimate (Manitoba Dept. of Mines) of 585,860 tonnes averaging 0.20% Ni and 0.53% Cu ($119.64 value per tonne and NSR value $27.64 per tonne after mining/milling/transport deductions).

-Information compiled is from data available from various reports including qualifying reports from Peter Bevan P.Eng., C.W. Archibald, P.Eng., and Charlie Michener, P. Eng.; including 43-101 by F.T. Archibald, P.Geo. (43-101 compliant).
-The 6 Clifton Star properties are listed in the order of highest potential at present.
-The Beattie, Donchester, and Duquesne Mines lie along the Porcupine-Destor Fault system where mineralization is associated with splay-faults offset or paralleling the main system. Over 85 million ounces of gold have been produced from similar occurrences associated with the Porcupine-Destor Fault between Timmins, Ontario and Val D’or, Quebec; a majority lying along the northern contact.
