| Senor Toro,
Is my memory correct that all of SEG's current efforts are below the town...and that their other zones away from the town are not being seriously evaluated for a 43-101?
I ask because they may not be a takeout target until the other zones are proven-up. If I was a lawyer for a big mining company I would be concerned about buying too close to town, regardless of whether they support me or not.
(I'm leaning towards buying takeover targets recently, rather than "organic" growth by small companies)

(I'm leaning towards buying takeover targets recently, rather than "organic" growth by small companies) Currently SEG is developing underground just west of the town. The mining direction is east, headed towards the town church. From my calculations, they will hear "Thuds" in the church pews! Hopefully the Priest can work a sermon in that some how. Actually it will not be a problem; they have mining Saints, or something like that. The town is in full support of the mining operation. I have walked through town with Terry--They all love him, they call him "#1". The "Mill Zone" is richer in base metals, and will not be included in the resource calculation from what I recall. The "North Zone" and the East Zone" are being added to the current 43-101.

I sold very few shares today. I have been selling little by little for a while now. I have been mostly sold out for a while. Everytime I would buy a little the same problem kept bothering me.

Bull, Could you please, please, please. (With Canadian/Mexican Whipped Cream on top.) ---- Give up what information that already investors should be concerned about? I don't have detailed numbers yet, which is why I need to visit the mine with Terry. What I am willing to say is-I think the cost per tonne extracted may well be a little lower than $58.00, what is not very good is that I think we are talking around $50 per tonne for all rock extracted, mineralized, or not. When you consider all the development work to get to a 800 tpd production rate...well, we got a major problem. Steel cost will be a major factor because all the level and drift development will require screen and bolting. I have become fairly concerned because they cannot immediately take advantage of a much higher silver price, due to the time it takes for this development. If they will barely make a profit at todays base metal prices, then how will they fund another ramp at the north zone?!

Glad, I changed my mind on that. I'd rather spend $8.00 on a bad movie.

| Except for IAU, he changes his mind on stox more often than he takes a shower...dig deep enough and you can always find something to please a skeptic.
I wonder if Shelby gains profit from such trading or is he just making his broker happy while trading down his account.

| Ask Terry about Shelby (pros and cons). I hope he's a help and not a distraction (I asked Terry the same question at the SF Hard Assets show...let's compare answers later!) | |

| Len,
Have you had any contact with Terry Byberg recently? He seems like a great guy and I feel bad for him. I wish him the best and hope he finds fame and fortune in another venture

Karl No, I haven't talked with him lately. Hope he does well in the future, too. I don't think we have heard the last of him.
