Conquest Resources Ltd, cqr.v. Little activity. $0.065

Hi Bull,

I noticed Conquest is still on your opening page, in the top 5 goldstocks.
Shares have gone down some 50% since you mentioned them. :-(

Their annual financial report was very late. I emailed them to ask about it but got no response. To my surprise their website has been updated at the end of august 2007. I flicked through it, but saw nothing of interest. They have drilled some in the winter of 2007, but don't even bother to mention the results.
Management (is that the two guys you see in the pictures?) doesn't seem to be very active.

I am a little disapointed by CQR. I know nothing much will happen with this company until they start drilling the Alexander property in Red Lake. I hope to hear something soon, but at the same time it could well take a while. I am sure they will have to raise some money to do this.

Lawrence Roulston said "Conquest Resources has the best address in Red Lake." I think it is true, but they have to drill. I am a patient person, however, one must also consider cost of capital. CQR could well be a mistake on my part. Time will tell.

Where's Bull? No internet down there, or what?

I bought 25,000 of this one, ages ago. I set a sell order at 11 cents a couple of weeks ago and just got a partial fill (high of the intraday). Something's been brewing recently.

I sold all. Who know's, as an area play, there could be more upside. There has been heavy accumulation by E-Trade, but I'm not going to take a chance. Anybody else have any thoughts? Henk?
