Does anyone have an opinion of the stock/cash buyout offer (at 100% current premium) of Patricia Mining (PAT.V) by Richmont Mines (RIC)? http://biz.yahoo.com/iw/081027/0446732.html Does this establish an evaluation precedent for other junior mining takeovers? Even with the premium I am down close to 70%. Are there any opinions on holding the converted shares into RIC?

I am not really very familiar with the offer, but I would not want to sell any junior shares right now. I can not see other than we get some broad based rallies soon.

Please comment, if anyone knows more about the buy-out offer.
